The World's Aaron Schachter visits a hospital in Gaza City where relatives of victims of Palestinian factional fighting appeal for an end to the violence. The leaders of the political groups, Hamas and Fatah, are in the Saudi city of Mecca to try to reach an agreement.

Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with Adam Leach, director of Middle East programs for the aid group Oxfam. Oxfam says the current system of sending interbational aid directly to individual Palestinians doesn't work and is wasteful. International donors have refused to send the aid through the Hamas-led Palestinian government.

The World's Gerry Hadden reports that police in Austria say they've broken up a global Internet child pornography ring. Investigators have tracked more than two thousand users in 77 countries after they tried to download illicit videos. 600 of the suspects are in the United States.

The European Union could soon have stricter limits on carbon dioxide emissions from new cars. New E-U rules on emissions were announced today. Lisa Mullins speaks to Clotaire Rapaille, anthropologist and marketing expert, about how Europeans and Americans differ in their approach to cars and emissions.

Astronaut Lisa Nowak returned to Texas today. She's been charged with trying to murder a woman she believed to be a romantic rival. The news is startling in part because we tend to put explorers on a pedestal. But as The World's Alex Gallafent reports, they have issues too.

Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with reporter Dale Gavlak about the UN's call for help for Iraq's refugees. Today at a news conference in Amman, Jordan, the UN's High Commissioner for Refugees told reporters that the situation in Iraq had become a humanitarian disaster.

The BBC's Sebastian Usher reports on the Arabic-language TV station Al-Zawraa. Critics have called the programming "jihadi porn." Some say the coverage...filled with anti-American, anti-Shiite propaganda...fuels the Sunni insurgency in Iraq.
