Tensions rise with Iran over its nuclear program (8:00)

Tehran warned today that Israel would be its first target in response to any US attack on Iran. Meanwhile, Washington is trying to coordinate a strategy with other permanent members of the United Nations Security Council to pressure Iran to suspend uranium enrichment. Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with Barry Posen, from MIT, who says the international community can deal with a nuclear Iran; and Raymond Tanter of Georgetown University, who supports a tough approach to Iran.


Bolivian's President nationalized his country's natural gas reserves (4:50)

Yesterday, Bolivian President Evo Morales nationalized his country's natural gas reserves. US companies don't have much invested in Bolivia's gas industry, but they're concerned about how the move may affect the climate of foreign investment throughout Latin America. That concern is even stronger in Spain, home to one of the energy companies with the most assets in Bolivia. The World's Gerry Hadden has more on the story from Barcelona.
