South African film "Tsotsi" (5:55)

The South African film "Tsotsi" is up for an Oscar this year in the Best Foreign Language film category. It's the second year in a row that a film from South Africa has been nominated. The World's Amy Costello reports that some say it's a sign that -- eleven years after the end of apartheid -- the South African film industry is finally coming of age.
