The recent death from bird flu of a 15-year-old Iraqi girl has compelled the World Health Organization to send experts to northern Iraq to investigate. Jessie Graham reports from the Iraqi city of Sulamaniya on the difficulties health workers face tracking the disease in the war-torn country.

The White House plans to ask Congress for 120 billion dollars to pay for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan this year. That would bring the total for military operations in the two countries since 9-11 to 440 billion dollars. Host Lisa Mullins helps us put that amount into perspective.
