Disgraced British bank chief won't give up pension

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown is threatening legal action against the former head of the Royal Bank of Scotland, Sir Fred Goodwin, to get back part of a multi-million dollar pension payout he gained despite nearly running the bank into the ground.
