Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger terminated debate on global warming, at least in California, by setting a goal to drastically reduce the state’s greenhouse gas emissions over the next few decades.

As part of his environmental platform, California Governor-elect Arnold Schwarznegger has announced plans for a hydrogen highway.
