The world's most notorious terrorist organization is in turmoil after the deaths of Osama Bin Laden and last week Fazul Abdullah Mohammed.
On Thursday al-Qaeda announced that second-in-command, Ayman al-Zawahiri, will take over the top position. Leah Farrall, Former Senior Counter-Terrorism Analyst for the Australian Federal Police, explains the possible impact on the organization.
