Eric Prince, founder of the controversial Blackwater Worldwide private security company, is building a mercenary army for the United Arab Emirates.

The founder of Blackwater will soon begin training foreign soldiers for the United Arab Emirates. His new company, Reflex Responses is 51 percent owned by the UAE. Kateri Carmola, an associate professor of political philosophy at Middlebury College in Vermont, explains why this is a big deal.
