When Gadhafi loyalists laid siege to the city of Misrata in Libya, they allegedly engaged in horrific war crimes including systematic rape.

Across Misrata, Gadhafi loyalists were allegedly ordered by officers to engage in systematic rapes of the city's residents. Marie Colvin of Britain's Sunday Times has seen videos taken on cell phones of these atrocities and reports on the allegations.
