Twitter updates are being used for big business advertisements. In some situations, legal ownership is up in the air.

Advertisers are cashing in on Twitter updates to create testimonials for ad campaigns. It's part of a trend of social media seeping into more traditional media outlets. Here and Now media analyst John Carroll talks about the trend and its implications.
