'The World' reports on new legislation to prevent Internet companies from turning over information about their users.
It's called The Global Online Freedom Act, and it's sponsored by Republican Congressman Chris Smith from New Jersey. "The World's" Clark Boyd reports on how Smith came to create the legislation and what it will do to protect users' personal information from being reported to governments.
