Congress extended the PATRIOT act this week. Many in and out of Congress are worried about civil liberties.

Some of the most controversial aspects of the PATRIOT Act have been extended. Julian Sanchez, a research fellow at the CATO institute focusing on issues of civil liberty, surveillance, intelligence and national security, discusses the act and its extension.
