The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) may have overpaid $22 million in aid to Americans. Now it's asking for the money back.
Aid recipients are being asked to give as much as $27,000 in disaster relief money back to FEMA. The Takeaway talks with one disaster victim who is being asked to give back $20,000.
