Hot companies going public outside the United States

More and more companies are going public abroad. IPOs are moving from the United States to places Australia, Hong Kong or London.
Last year, one in every 10 US companies that went public did so abroad. The numbers could threaten the US reputation as the financial capital of the world. New York Times Wall Street and Finance reporter, Louise Story, talks about the trend.
