Small businesses employ about half the workers in the United States, but they aren't hiring.

How good does the economy have to be before small businesses start hiring? The Takeaway talks to three small-business owners about how they make their hiring decisions. Not one of the small-business owners thinks that the country is in recovery, and every one insists that the economy should show more consistent strength before hiring can start again.
