The job market for new college graduates is better this year than it was in a few years past, but unemployment remains high.

There's a glimmer of hope for new graduates. Employers are hiring a little more, and there are more jobs out there. Getting a job, however, still takes a while. Beth Kobliner shares some of her advice for college grads looking for jobs.
