For his new novel about a fake Shakespeare play, Arthur Phillips wrote a full-length Shakespearean play.

Listen NowListen Now

In the novel The Tragedy of Arthur by Arthur Phillips, the main character is given a play that his grifter father swears was written by Shakespeare. Everyone believes it was a real, lost Shakespeare play except for the main character. For the play, Phillips wrote a full-length play in the style of Shakespeare. He talked about the novel with Studio 360.
