Slovakian cartoonist Marian Kamensky is one of many cartoonists around the world who are responding to the attacks in Brussels Tuesday morning.

At least 31 people have been killed and many more have been injured after a series of attacks in Brussels Tuesday morning.

The attacks come only days after Salah Abdeslam — the main fugitive in the Paris attacks — was arrested by police.
