Sergei Dovlatov was a Russian author whose work is known for tackling issues such as alienation and the absurdity of everyday life — think, "Russian Bukowski."

On September 7, the New York City street where Dovlatov lived until his passing in 1990 will be given his namesake. Can you name the borough where the street is located?
