The World Health Organization has dubbed May 31 World No Tobacco Day in an effort to encourage people to quit smoking. Michael Siegel of Boston University says the old ways of trying to get people to quit aren’t working, and its time to consider new options. One option is the e-cigarette, which delivers a safer form of nicotine.
