John C. Reilly and Jacob Wysocki on “Terri”

The Takeaway

“Terri”–which opens today–is the story of an introverted adolescent who likes watching hawks eat mice and prefers to wear pajamas to school. When his high school vice-principal, Mr. Fitzgerald, takes him under his wing, we learn more about both Terri’s vulnerabilities and Mr. Fitzgerald’s. Terri is played by newcomer Jacob Wysocki, and Mr. Fitzgerald is played by Oscar-nominated actor John C. Reilly, who’s famous for his wide-ranging roles in films like “Boogie Nights,” “Chicago,” and “Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story.”
Both are with us in studio.
