Both Tehran and Washington seem to be ready to engage in nuclear talks.

So far, years of negotiations have not yielded a major breakthrough.

But how does one go about negotiating a complex and difficult topic such as the Iranian nuclear program?

Anchor Marco Werman speaks with William Ury, co-founder of the Harvard Negotiation Project and co-author of “Getting to Yes, Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In.”
