Has Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson forgiven his co-star for cheating on him?
Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, who reconciled less than a year ago after a cheating scandal, have reportedly broken up.
The couple, who live together in LA, called time on their four-year relationship this week, despite it being Pattinson's 27th birthday, People magazine reported.
A source claimed the couple broke up after Pattinson did not turn up to his own 27th birthday party that Stewart organized.
But there is speculation it might not be the end of it.
“Both Rob and Kristen have decided to take a break for the sake of their friendship," a source told Hollywood Life.
“They love each other deeply and realize that time away from each other will give them both the perspective that they need," a source told Hollywood Life.
The couple broke up briefly in December after Stewart was caught having an affair with married director Rupert Sanders. While Sanders marriage ended, Pattinson forgave his girlfriend.
The Twilight co-stars have cancelled their scheduled appearance together at Cannes Film Festival in France this week.
Stewart was seen leaving her Los Feliz, California, home Monday and appeared tearful, the Daily Mail reported.
