Tagg Romney: Dad Mitt had ‘no desire’ to be president (VIDEO)
Eldest son, Tagg Romney, 42, has taken on a high profile role on his father’s campaign trail.
Mitt Romney's son, Tagg, is raising eyebrows with his latest statements on his dad's presidential run.
In an interview with the Boston Globe, Mitt's oldest son said his father had "no desire" to be president despite his attempt to unseat Barack Obama this fall.

“He wanted to be president less than anyone I’ve met in my life. He had no desire to . . . run,” Tagg Romney told the Globe. “If he could have found someone else to take his place . . . he would have been ecstatic to step aside.”
The Globe article also noted that “Tagg … worked with his mother, Ann, to persuade his father to seek the presidency.”
