Translator and author Nataly Kelly talks about interpreting 911 calls and "cupid calls."

Kelly has also translated poetry from a hybrid of Spanish and Shuar, a mainly Ecuadorian tribal language. She has co-written a book with Jost Zetzsche on the translation industry called "Found in Translation: How language Shapes Our Lives and Transforms the World."
