Chechnya's Strong Man Ramzan Khadyrov

Russia's North Caucasus region remains a violent place with ongoing Islamist insurgencies in Dagestan and Ingushetia. In Chechnya, though, the violence has decreased. But the man who runs the republic, Ramzan Khadyrov, has been accused of human rights abuses and of ordering the killing of political opponents. The BBC's Steve Rosenberg traveled to Chechnya.
