At The World Economic Forum on Tuesday in Tianjin, China, there was no showing of top leader-in-waiting Xi Jinping, who dropped from sight 10 days ago. Rumors about what is holding Xi away are going wild at the Forum. The World's China correspondent Mary Kay Magistad is there.
