In-N-Out Burger prides itself on "doing things the old-fashioned way," but perhaps it went a bit too far with that concept. A new lawsuit claims that the burger chain won't hire black people, NBC News reported

The complaint says that the vast majority of In-N-Out’s thousands of employees are young and white, the Los Angeles Times reported.

"Certain individuals are being discriminated against by their age, race and or color," attorney Joel Young told NBC. In-N-Out has denied the accusations.

The hamburger chain, which is extremely popular on the West Coast, likes to decorate its wrappers and cups with discrete bible quotes. According to the Associated Press, milkshake cups have the quote: "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding," from Psalms.
