Oprah Winfrey tops Forbes' list of highest-paid celebrities for the fourth year in a row, earning some $165 million.

CBS News reported that despite ending her talk show last year, she continues to earn enormous profits through Harpo productions on television shows including "Dr. Phil," "Rachael Ray Show" and "The Dr. Oz Show."

In addition to those television programs and her struggling cable network OWN, Oprah also has her magazine "O," and a satellite radio station.

Winfrey, who is now 58, beat out filmmaker Michael Bay for the top spot on the Forbes' list. Bay grossed an estimated $160 million from earnings on his movie "Transformers: Dark of the Moon."

Forbes writes "the 3-D movie was panned by the critics but audiences around the world flocked to see it, spending $1.1 billion on tickets. Bay has a great deal on the films that gives him a healthy share of the profits and money from Transformer toys."

Steven Spielberg came in third place with an estimated $130 million. In 2011, the Hollywood legend saw the release of two films, "The Adventures of Tintin" and "War Horse."

Record producer and rapper Dr. Dre ranked a "surprising" fifth place. The list also included Tyler Perry, Howard Stern and Star Wars creator George Lucas.
