South Korean weightlifter Jaehyouk Sa's last Olympic round ended with him writhing on the floor, screaming in pain after dislocating his elbow in an attempt to lift 357.15 lbs, reported Britain's Daily Mail

The 27-year-old successfully beat his own world record with his first 348.33-pound lift, beating his own world, said the Daily Mail.  But his right elbow buckled when he tried the second, heavier lift during the men's 77-kilogram group A August 1 event, reported South Korea's Chosun.

He was in so much pain that he started screaming. Watch it here:

Sa has been hospitalized. Coach Lee Hyeong-geun told Chosun, "I initially thought he fractured his arm, but he apparently dislocated his right elbow. We will figure out how severe his injury is after a thorough medical examination."

Sa won South Korea its first Olympic gold medal in male weightlifting in over a decade at the last Olympic games in China, but the 2012 London Games see him taking "gold for the worst Olympics injury," according to the Daily Mail
