CBS News reported that in the US and North America, Cirque du Soleil's touring show "Michael Jackson: The Immortal" was the "hottest ticket" with $78.5 million in sales beating Waters in the local market.

Ticket sales are up for 2012, due to tours from Lady Gaga, Coldplay and Paul McCartney, according to Reuters.
