For the Geo Quiz, we go back to the original Italian Job movie. The American remake came out in 2003, but the British classic it was based on hit movie theaters in 1969. The original had many quotable lines. But most famous is the one from Michael Caine, starring as Charlie Croker: "You're only supposed to blow the bloody doors off."
In the movie he is leading a group of robbers who steal a load of gold in Italy. The heist is masterminded from inside the prison by Noel Coward's character, Mr.Bridger.
"If you don't come back with the goods, Nellie here will turn in her grave and likely as not jump right out of it and kick ya teeth in," Mr.Bridger says in the movie.
So for the quiz, we want the name of the Italian city where the heist takes place in the original Italian Job movie.
Turin is the answer to the Geo Quiz.
It is where the heist in the original Italian Job takes place. But the location is not the only difference between the original and the 2003 remake. If you've seen the original movie, you know it ends with a cliff-hanger.
The bus the robbers were using crashes teeters on the edge of a cliff, gold on one side, robbers on the other.
"Hang on a minute lads, I've got a great idea" is a famous dialogue from the film. And that memorable last line of dialogue is also the name of a new exhibition by British sculptor Richard Wilson.
He has recreated that last scene from the 1969 classic on the roof of the De La Warr Pavilion, in Bexhill, as part of the 2012 Cultural Olympiad.
