The World’s Laura Lynch took a trip with UN monitors to the Syrian city of Dmeir. It’s an opposition stronghold outside of Damascus. Residents there are furious at the Syrian government for the shelling of their city. And they’re increasingly angry at UN monitors for not protecting them.
