Mom seeks “hot” prom date for daughter, friends on Craigslist
A mom in Seattle tries to find "hot" prom dates for her daughter and some friends. Not at the mall, but on Craigslist.
The ad, which has since been removed, posted to the online classified ad site was titled "Hot Male Teens 17 to 19 yrs old for Prom Date (Seattle)," according to Seattle TV station KCPQ.

Posted by "Kathy," it seeks four "hot male teens" to take the woman's daughter and friends to the prom.
Suitors would be paid $350 for seven hours, according to the ad. Job duties would include being interviewed, getting fitted for a tux, riding in a limo, going to a downtown "pre-party," eating at a senior dinner, and then hitting the prom, with all expenses paid, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported.

"All the gals are very good looking, trim, friendly, and fun. We can trade photos. The time commitment would be seven hours..5pm to midnight paid at $50 per hour. If you are taller than 6feet, good looking, fit and outgoing, please send your photo to me as soon as possible. You will be required to interview, if selected, you will also need to meet for a one hour strategy session and tux fitting in advance of prom night," the ad read.
