Defense lawyers for five men accused of plotting the September 11, 2001 attacks, publicly challenged the fairness of the military court at Guantanamo Bay. The defendants, who include the alleged mastermind of Sept. 11, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, were formally charged with murder and other terror-related offenses.
