Silvio Berlusconi ‘hosted nun strippers’ says witness at trial for former Italian prime minister

A witness at the Milan trial of Silvio Berlusconi on Monday said strippers dressed as nuns performed for him at a party.

Model Imane Fadil said she was paid $2,614, or 2,000 euros, by the former Italian prime minister the first time she attended one of his notorious "bunga bunga" parties and went on to attend several parties at his villa outside Milan, the BBC reported.

She was one of several women in the courtroom to testify at Berlusconi's trial.

According to CNN, Fadil said the party took place in February 2010 and that Berlusconi persuaded her to stay after she said she felt uncomfortable, later giving her cash and jewelry.

Fadil said one evening resembled a scene from hit movie Sister Act with women in nun outfits performing pole dances, according to the Daily Mail.

She alleges the first night she went, she saw two young women stripping in nun costumes, one was Nicole Minetti, now a regional councillor for Berlusconi's People of Freedom party in Milan, according to the BBC.

Fadil claimed that Minetti and others who stayed overnight at the villa were paid more for sex.

Berlusconi is on trial, accused of paying nightclub dancer, Karima el-Mahroug, for sex when she was 17 – and using his authority to get her released from jail.
