FAA Personal Electronics Rule Set for Review

The FAA says it's going to test personal electronic devices in hopes to make it easier for passengers to use them during take-offs and landings. But the testing could be difficult and costly. Anchor Lisa Mullins talks to Kevin Hiatt of the Flight Safety Foundation, which is supported by the airline industry.
