Bobbi Kristina chooses Oprah for first interview since Whitney Houston’s death

Bobbi Kristina, the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobbi Brown, has held her first interview since Houston's death, choosing Oprah Winfrey who will air it on her OWN network it as part of a one-hour special episode.

The talk show queen also spoke to Houston's sister-in-law and manager Patricia Houston and the singer's brother Gary Houston, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The program will screen on Sunday, March 11 OWN reportedly said in a press release.

According to the release, "Bobbi Kristina shares personal memories of her mom and how she would like the iconic superstar to be remembered. The family also addresses the rumors and speculation surrounding Houston’s death."

Houston, 48, was found dead on Feb. 11 at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles. The singer, who battle addiction to drugs and alcohols, reportedly consumed a mix of Xanax, Valium and alcohol before her death. An official cause of death has not been released.

Bobbi Kristina, 18, was hospitalized the day her mother was found dead.

US Weekly quoted Houston family member Ray Watson as saying: "Her mama died, so she broke down. Nobody expected her to pass as quickly as she did. [Bobbi Kristina] had a nervous breakdown."
