Gerard Edery's Tribute to Argentina's Atahualpa Yupanqui

The World
Atahualpa Yupanqui is one of the most influential folk singers in Argentina. He died in 1992, but his music lives on in a new album by Gerard Edery. It is a tribute album in which Edery performs some of his favorite tunes written by the late Argentine musician. Edery himself is a well-known classical guitar player, as well as a folk singer and master of Jewish Sephardic music. The tribute album is titled "Edery Sings Yupanqui."
