Dutch Transgender Law Violates Rights

The World
The Human Rights Watch issued an 85-page report Tuesday, asking the Dutch government to overturn a 26-year-old law. The advocacy group claims it violates the human rights of transgender people. Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with Boris Dittrich who is a former member of the Dutch parliament and currently an Advocacy Director at Human Rights Watch.
