At least three people have died as a result, and 130,000 people have had to leave their homes and flee to safety. Half of those evacuations were in the northeastern Pennsylvania town of Wilkes-Barre. Mayor of Wilkes-Barre Thomas Leighton talks about the latest from his town. Mary Wilson, reporter for radio station WITF and Pennsylvania Public Radio in Harrisburg, where a state of emergency has been declared, has the latest from there.
