Bordeaux From China

For our Geo Quiz, we’re looking for a wine growing region where some of the world’s best Bordeaux wine comes from. That would be Bordeaux, France right?

Not this time.

On Wednesday a Chinese wine won a prestigious wine award in the Decanter World Wine awards given out in London.

It comes from the mountainous Ningxia Province of China. Decanter Magazine editor Guy Woodward tells anchor Marco Werman all about Jia Bei Cabernet Dry Red wine from China that stunned the wine judges.
