The remaining forces of former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi in the town of Sirte have been told to surrender or face the consequences. Anchor Marco Werman speaks with Shashank Joshi, a military expert with the Royal United Services Institute, in London, about the looming battle there between Gaddafi loyalists and troops of the transitional government.
