For today’s Geo Quiz — we’re headed to one of Africa’s biggest cultural events.

The African film festival “Fespaco” is under way in the West African nation of Burkina Faso.

All this week, its capital city is flooded with African movie stars, directors, distributors and serious film buffs.

The bi-annual festival features hundreds of films big and small representing 13 African countries.

Fespaco is sometimes called the African Oscars.

There’s everything from an Egyptian horror flick to a Cameroonian love story competing for this years top honors.

The honors go to you that is if you can name the African cultural capital where Fespaco is in full swing.

Ougadougou the cultural capital of Burkina Faso.
