Running in Rome

I step into a hotel near St. Peter's Square. Tourists often stand out in Rome because they're overweight. Still this North Carolina tourist isn't sure what she's gotten herself into. This lean Australian our guide. She figures out a pace that will work for the two of us. We are soon following our guide and her reckless pace. But we won't see the splendor in some of the sites we pass because our attire isn't exactly Pope-approved, and the tour is meant to give a guide of a large swath of the city with the idea that tourists will come back later to favored sites. Since we're on foot we can make quick escapes from busy spots. It's a love for Rome that prompted this personal trainer to found the tourist organization. Sight jogging tours might also come next to Venice and other places in Italy.
