Spanish truckers strike continues

The truckers here and across Europe are protesting against soaring diesel prices, which has risen by 20% this year and it now costs nearly $9 a gallon. The truckers are demanding government help, but EU leaders say that would violate EU rules about subsidies. The blockades are also affecting supermarkets who are now having trouble keeping shelves stocked. Barcelona officials are urging people not to panic.
