The Scottish man owns a luxury cruise company in Burma and he’s donating two of his cruise ships to be used as floating hospitals. He says his donation was inspired by history and when the Japanese invaded Burma, many similar ships were converted to hospitals so it’s this same process which is repeating. He isn’t surprised by the Burmese government’s unwillingness to accept international aid.
