Tattoo shops close in the EU as chemical ban threatens industry

In January, the EU put in place new rules that banned chemicals in some colors of tattoo ink. Tattoo artists and shop owners have been struggling since then. Tom Carstensen reports from the tattoo chair in Copenhagen.
