As millions of Americans rush to finish filing their taxes ahead of the April 15 deadline, Kenyans are wondering when the new tax policies will stop. Kenya’s president, who ran on the promise of alleviating economic suffering of Kenyans, has turned to increasing taxes as a way of bringing in more revenue. Kenyans say these taxes are hurting the country’s poorest amid already harsh economic times. The World’s Africa Correspondent Halima Gikandi reports from Nairobi.
