The crisis in Ukraine is testing the limits of the US relationship with Europe

President Obama in Europe this week has been rallying the nations of Europe to oppose Moscow's annexation of Crimea, and to try to deter further aggression. NATO allies reluctant on Afghanistan

President Obama announced the US will send 17,000 more troops to Afghanistan, putting pressure on European NATO members to up their deployments as well. But as The World's Gerry Hadden reports from Germany, NATO nations are reluctant to do that.
